Hey there, I'm Duffy. From San Antonio Texas and on my second day of the 5 day course. Just got a ECB for christmas so I'm just starting out. I've had a few experiences with my little portable gill and trying to get that thing to make some smoke for me and also had a little fun with a cardboard box and an electric burner. That didn't taste very well. But anyways I've smoked a few things in the ECB so far and so far so good. This weekend I'll be putting a few mods on it so I can babysit less and relax a little more.

So I'm glad to find the site and can't wait to smoke some more once I finish up the coarse.
