We always look forward to Thanksgiving with Family and Friends. Smoked Turkey is always requested. I'll apologize now for not as many picks as I should have posted, I was lucky to get what I did.

Here is the Star of the show a 23 pounder

Plenty of fine pictures Gary. food looks great. I had to work on TG so I celebrated with a turkey sub(sorry no pic's). Man am I envious.

Thanks guys I love the Holidays . Everyone said that was the best Turkey they ever had. Don't know about that but it was a darn good Turkey. I used Oak and a little Hickory

Beautiful color on the turkey Gary. Looks absolutely delicious!! I can sure see why they said it was the best turkey yet.
That is one BIG bird my friend for only 4 people. You'll have lots of great leftovers for a while.
One thing I can really appreciate is the two pies. With 2 pies for 4 people that gives everybody half a pie each for desert. Now that's a desert right up my alley!!! LOL
