Hi Guys.

I am located in Montreal, Just bought a Bradley smoker with the cold smoke adaptor. I own a Micro Bakery. Looking for knowledge and info on the soubject . I will be making test on smoking different type of flour and test the resutls in our sourdough bread.

If anyone has done it, I would love to hear from you via a PM
