A Newbie

    Hi Guys.

    I am located in Montreal, Just bought a Bradley smoker with the cold smoke adaptor. I own a Micro Bakery. Looking for knowledge and info on the soubject . I will be making test on smoking different type of flour and test the resutls in our sourdough bread.

    If anyone has done it, I would love to hear from you via a PM

    Welcome aboard, Dan!  Glad you joined us.  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas.  Lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Congrats and good luck with that new Bradley, and just ask when you need help and you'll get plenty.
