Hi everybody.... I'm new to the smoking thing.... I got a new char griller for the birthday....I have some friends that are pretty good at it..... Today's my first big test.... having the guys over for horseshoes/beer/ and the menu is - Beef- some smoked potatoe skins- sausage- I soaked the meat in some marinade that i like & gonna wrap in bacon .... I'll try the pictures later this evening or tomorrow.... any tips or tricks are welcome.... look forward to learning from the more seasoned folks out there!!
