Have today off, and after a trip to BJs Wholesale, it's beef ribs and Brisket on the Traeger today...

After 4 hours...

Plowboys Bovine Bold under Simply Marvelous Cherry on the Brisket.

The Beef ribs are mostly SM Cherry, and a few with Bovine Bold.




Once they were getting done, I tossed a sweet sauce on the ribs, covered them with foil, and left them on the pit for about an hour more.


I hope the brisket is 1/2 as good...

I just sliced the brisket and it was just as good. Can't wait till lunch tomorrow.

travisb... we cooked these in the 230* range, till they were probe tender.

The IT was probably in the 200+ range, but it's more about how it probes more then the IT for me.
