Have today off, and after a trip to BJs Wholesale, it's beef ribs and Brisket on the Traeger today... After 4 hours... Plowboys Bovine Bold under Simply Marvelous Cherry on the Brisket. The Beef ribs are mostly SM Cherry, and a few with Bovine Bold. Once they were getting done, I tossed a sweet sauce on the ribs, covered them with foil, and left them on the pit for about an hour more. I hope the brisket is 1/2 as good... YUM!!!!
