Yep! got a whopper.

It's a 19.54 lb of chuck roll @ $2.45 with a simple rub nothin fancy salt pepper cumin chili powder corriander of course garlic. Using three probes one at each end and one for the rack. Hick is the flavor of the day. The target temp is 250 with an internal of 205. Enchiladas, tacos and sammies are the future meals. Didn't start when I wanted to but no harm no foul. Will give an update around noon

Now, that oughta take awhile! You plan on wrapping at any point or naked all the way? That will sure make a lot of meals. Looking forward to the "after" shots.
 
Looks like a great start and that is a hunka meat for sure
 
What smoker are you using?
Plan for a LONG day, did 3 a couple weeks ago, almost 22 hrs on the drum.
Try spritzing with some Worch, adds to the beefy flavor!

A shoulder clod is actually bone in, these come from between the shoulder and the ribs Rich, if you ever get the beast done, you've got to try one!

Well folks here's the update. Internal temp is about 145. Started this hunk of love smoke about 715am. These pics were taken at three or so. To answer your ?s. Naked all the way in the smoker. Wont foil until I take it out to rest. BTW smoker is gosm propane
