Get in touch with the Pacific NW BBQ Association. They do competitions all around the NW. I am not a member, and don't do competition myself, but my boss helps out on a team that does.

Hi,

I grew up in Cannon Beach. Spent a lot of time in the ocean and riding in a friend's Dad's dune buggy up and down the coast. My brother is going back this summer for a trip down memory lane...

Anyway, welcome to SMF! You'll have a great time here.
