A Great Big SausageMaker Hello!

Hi Everyone,

We would like to formally say 'Hello' to the forum and mention quickly that we at The Sausage Maker are big fans of the site... you guys are a great resource and should be very proud of the forum's growth!

  <---- couldn't resist.. Obviously, announcing that I (my name is Mac, btw) work for sausagemaker kind of puts us out of the "covert company-plugging business" so let me just come forward with my goal here and please let me know if this is alright with you folks. I would like to be your go-to SausageMaker Rep for any and all of our products that we carry, giving you a direct line into our company. I will be as honest and objective as possible (hold the laughter til after a couple posts...haha) with all the feedback I give. I have extensive knowledge of sausage making, smoking, dry curing and all equipment so I'd also hope to provide solutions to common (and not-so-common) problems. Sound good? If so, is there a secret handshake we need to learn or just jump right in?
