I made this for a Friend of the Family who wanted a special gift for her father on Fathers day.

I think it is better than a tie.....

    Wow, that's a lot better than a tie !!!!

Especially in Texas---I've watched enough Old Westerns to know a little bit about "Necktie" parties in Texas !!! [IMG]

X2 Way better than a tie anyday. Nice job!
  4. Good work ! Way cooler than a tie. I've been hinting to the wife and daughters that I might like to have a Weber kettle for fathers day, hope they don't get me a tie instead.
  5. Great gift. So way better than a tie. Not ugly either. Do all you Texans put longhorns on everything you build.? [IMG]

I am not even a Longhorn Fan...it almost killed me to paint it orange and not add blue for my Alma Mater Sam Houston State.

From the words of CzechM8 : from Norman, Oklahoma

P.S. Gotta love BBQ and the SMF's... it's even got a Sooner and a Longhorn playin' nice... Which is HARD to do.   [IMG]

    Amen to that!

Nice work, I see the washers :)  I went to Fastenal today and picked up some stainless steel ones for $1.09 each.  Put them on the inside of the drum.
