works still pretty slow, gonna be a tough winter I fear. Had to take my mind off of it, decided to light a few logs, and stink up the neighborhood!

got up at 2(couldn't sleep), had some fine, funny chat with errain, and grothe and ronP, then got a fire going to add meat on by 3am.

here is the partial load at 8 am.

got fatties beans, and prime rib roasts yet to go before dinner time at 7 pm. I'll see if I can get a few more pics a lil later. You know how us OTBS guys are!

Looks like a great start and I'll look forward for more Qview later

Food looks great as always Dan. Don't lose sleep over what you can't control but I know that is a lot easier said than done. Good things happen to good honest hard working people like yourself. Enjoy your family and friends!

well looky here, an otbs member postin pics, I heard that did'nt happen. heh heh heh ! Naw you guys are great, for sure always willing to help someone out, thats a fact. Hope you get things squared away with work, I know how it goes when you see a dry spell comming, but everything ALWAYS works out. All the food looks great. Great q-view.

Lookin really good Dan! I know what you mean about work being slow. That's why I'm home this aft.

well you've either got a big family or you're already stocking up provisions for the winter :-)
eat well while you've got it i say.
Love the idea:
'couldn't sleep, smoked enough food for 15 people' ;-)

I only have two kids and a wife, but some of these items are spoken for by others who will gladly pay me tuesday for a brisket today!

If I can't find any work, might as well make a couple bucks or some free food for me and the family. I like to smoke meats anyways.

Here is one of the briskets, ready to get an aluminum blanket.

The other one is 7 degrees behind, all the fatties are off and resting and here is what the baby backs turned out like. I think they are pretty!

OK those two items are sold, but these are whats for din din.

I'll try to get a finished pic, but we are taking them to a freinds house for dinner. He paid for them, and asked me to smoke them, if he bought them, and we all eat them. Well, I can't turn that down.!
