A couple racks of baby backs...

  1. Good morning, one and all...

I am going to do a couple racks of baby backs in my almost new MES 40.  These are going to be done using parts of an Alton Brown recipe, specifically the rub, and using the 3-2-1 method.  Foiling juice will be half orange juice, and half margarita mix, so should be something slightly different.

Sounds like a winner John. Keep us posted.

Just remember that baby backs use the 2-2-1 method, if foiling.

3-2-1 is usually used for spare ribs.

Can't wait to hear how the foiling juice came out - quite a different approach.
