A couple beef sausage

Ran outa sausage so after splittin wood all day decided tanight be the night ta do it. Boy am I tired.

Made up my usuall smoked beef sausage an a batch a the same but added in some fresh chopped jalapeno's an fresh onion.

There coolin there heels in the ice box. Tammarraw I will dray used ta be cool out an see if I can salvage another smoke outa it before I start the rebuild (I love kids!).

Guess the youngest boy an I er goin fishin tammarraw to, brave lad, runs over dads smoker an then wan'ts ta go near water with me?

I've decided he will live, but boy he better be around when I need em this summer!

Man tip you sure raised your son to be brave too. Now he just runned over your smoker and like you said wants to get around water with you. Now you be nice to the young lad now. I would like to see your beef sausage tho.
