Thanks.... Pulled everything off (well the wings I pulled a bit earlier) and sat down to a fine meal.  Used just a little pecan wood.  Full as a tick now.

No way I could eat all that. The family helped me make short work of it. Those big old yams were fairly filling. One of my sons wanted me to make those wings so he could have them for lunch tomorrow. I don't think he's going to wait. LOL

I think I could have eaten it all when I was a teenager.

I also love the rack you have going there. Nice use of space. The Q looks awesome, but the one in your avatar needs a lil more time!
 
There was a time I could have ate most of that, but those days are long gone. I can still hurt myself on those wings. The family has me doing those about once a week. That grate is wall to wall wings on those days.
Yea Robcava that one in my avatar is still pretty noisy! :-)
