9lb pork boneless pork shoulder

    Smoked this on the yoder for 16 hours with Todd's amazen pellet smoker. Temp held steady around 250
    No foiling just threw it in closed the lid and pulled it off at 195
    The rub was some bad Byron's butt rub and some cayenne pepper.
    Smoked with hickory.
    I will try to post some pictures after I pull it apart

    Here it is pulled apart. Came out pretty good. Was fall apart tender.
