First pork butt. 165 IT. Wrapped her and put her back in arourd 270. Waiting on stall.
Anymore info? Type of smoker,wood and rub? It should start going pretty good once wrapped.
Those butts can take forever!
Sorry i have a brinkman dual smoker gas grill. My first butt. I started at 7 am its 5pm and im at 185. I was at about 230-245 before i wrapped, now im 155-170.
I used pecon hickory and some apple i had left over. Kingsford briskets.
I cooked to 201 IT. Wrapped it in towels n put in cooler for hour. Took it out pulled it apart and eat. It was great.
