it's half of a 13.5# I'm thinking trimmed its about 5 . The grate is only 15.5 inches inside a 17" body.Fair size it looks .. how many lbs ???

It was good brisket flat slices. I'm single so much more than half of a brisket I would need to give away a bunch. I take cheesecake and brisket to work but there are so many people there that some get left out. I can't afford to take in $50 worth every time.. Lol I just hord it to myself now mostly. [emoji]128514[/emoji]I'm in.

Thanks.. forgot to say it's just ground pepper and coarse sea salt. I loaded it heavy on the fat side. Little less underneath. Hope the smoke will still penetrate decently for another couple hours..Looks good
I did lots of cooks with my Over sized mini can't get much cheaper then that5 hours in with the cheapest, worst, most trashed talked about junk smoker in history..
