Found pork shoulders on sale at Safeway a few days ago and picked one up. Gave it a good rub last night and on at 4:30AM today. It's now 1:00PM and riding along at 180 Degrees. Hope it tastes as good as it looks. Will be serving it up on CWBs along with coleslaw with apple and carrot added and some Wicked Baked Beans. Pardon the looks of the smoker...it gets a total clean up every spring.
