Thanks for the thoughts Jay, we're OK, I live about 500' above sea level, I checked the Pacific Tsunami Alert Center in Hawaii first thing this morning and they had Tahiti outside of the danger area, when the wave arrived it raised the lagoon about 16", but that was all, no damage of any kind.

Yes, we need to keep those Japanese people in our prayers, what a catastrophe!

Being new to smoking, I sure appreciate the time you (and everyone that posts such great threads here) to explain your process.  It makes it almost impossible for a beginner to screw up a smoke!   The ribs sure looked good in those pictures!!  Thanks for the thread.

Dude,,,, thanks for the quick easy way to smoke a load of ribs on a smaller smoker. Btw the Ribs look excellent. I'll have to try this method at Rockfest this summer as every time i fire up the smoker there, i end up with a bunch of hungry new friends,,,lol
