5lb Pork Loin

    Hi everybody, This is my first time posting on this website. I am somewhat new to smoking and I am looking for some good advice on how I should smoke my almost 5lb pork loin. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Wrap it in bacon, smoke it at 225, until the internal temp reaches 145. Let it rest for a few minutes & slice it. If you use real thin bacon it will get crispy.

    I like apple, orange and pecan for loin

    Like Al said season it wrap it and smoke it.
