Hey everyone I just found  14..... 55 gallon drums with removable lids for 10 bucks a piece. The guy said they were new drums that had previously had corn syrup in them...If you are in North Alabama and need a couple give me a shout in pm and I will give you his number. I already got 4 reserved to pick up tomorrow.....I can smell UDS's on the way!!!

Thats a great deal, the only thing that could make it better would be if they are unlined.

well here is the update..the drums containing corn syrup had the dreaded liner in them...he had some others that had contained some kind of petroleum and they had a gray paint ( I think it is paint) inside them. Any ideas on the petroleum drums? They were clearly marked petoleum on them and had some remants of a thick jelly like in spots on the inside bottom....

thanxx

Now this is just me. But I would rather deal with the pet over the red liner. I have worked on several tanks that contained diesel, IMO much easier to work on.

Keep us up to date on the route you choose.

thanxxx for the reply Tom I am thinking he said petroleum jelly but I know the others have the red liner. I will keep you posted....thanxxxx again
