Hello all.

I decided for the fourth this year, we would smoke some turkey legs.  Word of mouth got around, and now I'm smoking an extra turkey breast as well, and it sounds like the entire combo of smoked goodness needs to be transported about 30 minutes to a potluck type meal.  I promise i will give a good q-view, but i need suggestions on transportation, i know its not far, but I'd like them to be ready to eat when we get there if possible.  If not, what would the best method of re-heating be?

all 4 legs and the breast are soaking up some Brine for the weekend, plenty of pictures to come.

Thanks for any advice

I would FTC it (wrap in FOIL, wrap in a TOWEL or two and put in a small COOLER). This will work excellent and still be hand burning hot after two hours and keep the moisture in.

Thanks for the quick reply Keymaster, sounds like a simple enough solution for me, now the hard part, waiting until its time to cook and eat

Ok, the q-view as promised.  It turns out the Mother in Law will just pickup the Turkey breast tomorrow, so i didn't have to worry about transport, and even got to steal a taste, you know, to make sure it was edible.
