Happy 4th! Put on a couple of butts on the 3rd around 8 and they went over night on the IPT pellet grill. Had to throw them in a cooler for a couple of hours and then pull them and keep in the oven covered on warm since we were not eating until around 4....finished sooner than expected.

Last year on my propane smoker similar size took about 18 hours - this year on the IPT set on smoke and running about 225-230 most of the night took about 14 1/2 hours. Pulled them at 203 and were falling apart. Have the chuckies on now. Took the chuckies to about 190 for slicing. Fit 2 racks of ribs on the IPT with the chuckies after pulling the butts. 2 additional racks and 2 chickens went in the Masterbuilt propane smoker.
