4# corn beef brisky and 2 4# beef chuck qview

    2 4# chucks with willy's # wonderful rub

    1 4# corned beef brisky with a commercial garlic pepper corn rub.

    taters rubbed with bacon grease goin' fer the twice taters. Thanks for checkin' my qview

    Twice taters hand mashed with some sour cream, bacon bits, (not store bought),chives, and a bit of cheese. 2.5 hrs smoked with some almond wood in the home built smoker.
    carved out the flesh
    Flesh with the chives and stuff re packed the shells

    on the que for another 45 min. Great side no left overs . Shells after twice smoke are crunchy but the inards were a hit.

    2- 4 lb chucks pulled made samich'es with Memphis bbq sauce...cheers Memphis! steamed sqaush on the side not shown. mmmm good

    4 lb.corned beef brisket with pepper corn rub. refrigerated for slicing.

    corned beef sliced this morning. lunch meat. No vids this time 1894...lol windy here in So Cal. Thanks all for lookin' at my qview!

    Well, that got my gut growling. All looks mighty good. I'm gonna have to try some taters like that!
