    Smokering rolling with apple wood. I was hit by a monsoon for twenty minutes about half hour into it then was clear the rest of the time
    Chicken about 2 hours in
    160° time to cover 3.45 hrs in. 8 oz of apple juice 5 oz of cider vinegar in with it.
    Time to rest 205°

    Time to shred

    Shredded tastes like candy

    Now this was some therapeutic smoking for me just needed out of house pulled at 430 this morning. I saved juice got fat out. I've never had this much left over. Just cover in oven? How hot? Any tips greatly appreciated.

    Good show on the Q-view . Everything looked great .  As for re-heating, use some of the juice and make an Aujus using Chef JJ's recipe. Heating is at 200*F for an hour (or to 165*F) . You may also use a Slow cooker to keep it hot for your meal. I do this for all my Family and Group gatherings. Works well.  Hope this helps and you enjoy your Butt as much as those luscious looking Thighs. [​IMG]
