So I have been on this forum for about a week or two now and have done a bit of research on here. I have attempted pulled pork 2 times this year and after research on here found where I was making my mistake. Before I smoked picnics and they would turn out a little dry and didn't pull because I was taking them out at 185 IT. This time I bought a 9lb Boston butt and pulled it at 200 IT, and it pulled amazingly. Was very moist and very delicious. So stoked I found this forum and joined. Thank you all for the information and techniques you have shared. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
