Low pressure burner from Tejas Smokers.Currently, I am using a high pressure burner. The Low pressure burner should give me a finer control at low flame which is what I need.

It made a huge difference in my homebrew system when I switched from a high pressure burner to a low pressure burner. Used less propane as well. I think you'll be happy with it.
 
Not to resurrect an old thread, but how has this smoker held up over the years to hot-smoking?
