Hello again everyone!!  I got a request from coworkers and passengers on the train I work on for some pulled pork.  So I went out to BJ's Wholesale Club and picked up 2 6.5lb butts and 2 10.5lb picnics.  I contemplated doing the butts in the oven and the shoulders on the smoker, but in the end decided that would be blasphemous and stuck with my original plan.

A couple hours into the smoke.  I used Hickory Chunks this go 'round.  I had the smoker at 290 and foiled after they reached 160.  Brought them up to 200 IT and let them rest for a couple hours before pulling.  Here are the results!!

You know you did something right when the bone pulls right out like that!!

Thats a mountain of goodness right there!

Thanks for looking everyone!!
