New and have done some seasoning, Smoke not there yet, the unit has two vents on botom sides and one on top back side. I need how to adjust,

Pilot, I keep the top one open all the way and the lower ones closed down. I use the Amazen tube pellet smoke generator and get about 5 hours of smoke.

Also I have the needle valve mod to fine tune the heat.

Glad you joined us rcpilot, congrats on the new Smoke Hollow and :welcome1: from North Dakota!
Your top vent on the back side should be the exhaust and this should be completely open whenever applying smoke. The bottom 2 vents are for controlling air/smoke flow, these you will just have to experiment with and the settings will normally differ pending outside temperature and wind direction.
