Decided to do some ribs and beans today.

Had 3 racks of St.Louis ribs. Coated with rub and onto the smoker.

After 2 hours I wrapped them. Decided to keep 1 rack out and not foil.

Here they are coming out of foil.

The 2 in the front were foiled. The back was not.

All cut up.

I didn't get a picture of the beans. Didn't do anything special to them but they were good.

Smoker held 225-240 the whole time. Cooked with oak.

Thanks for looking. :grilling_smilie:

Looks great Brian. Which ribs you like better?

Looks tasty! But those cut up ribs look a bit funny! Nice smoke!

Yes it was. I fixed it. Thanks

Adam I liked the texture of the unfoiled slightly better but the foiled had better flavor.

I have some ideas to try next time to see if I can get the flavor better on the unfoiled.
