Well, here it is, that time of year where everything kind of bunches up on me...Between now and the end of the year I will have a birthday, and anniversary, and Christmas. I have been making homemade sausage for the better part of this year, but I have been buying ground pork at the market to do it. Now, I am in complete control. I also bought a twin pack of pork butts to make my first batch. I am Totally Stoked!
