Beef Ribs were on special last week so I couldn't resist and snapped up a couple of packs. Didn't really do to much to em....just SPOG'd em overnight then did the 3-2-1 method @ 225F with red wine & orange juice. So i fired up my new MES30 and the 12" AMNTS with pecan and went about it..... SPOG'd and heading into the MES Smokin Thermometer overkill!! (I do really like the iGrill2) The finished product These were the best beef ribs I've made so far. Tender, juicy and flavourful!. I got say that i'm pretty impressed with the MES30....I had read some pretty ugly reviews...Maybe I got lucky with this unit, but the thermometer is only a couple of degrees out...makes good smoke using the chip tray or the AMNTS. I've done 4 smokes in it so far and all have turned out great. Many thanks to everyone on this site for elevating my knowledge. Smoke on!!
