2nd Smoke w/ Q-View! Brisket, Potatoes and Eggs

Yup I got a flat piece from tesco at around £11 for 1.5kg. They also have the full brisket vac packed but it is around 3.5-4kg and £20-£22 or so! Seeing as I wasn't sure how this one would turn out, I just played it safe and got the small flat. It was extremely lean as you can see in the photos in the first post of this thread so I'm pretty happy with it really! Thanks for all the advice as always :)

I totally forgot to mention. AWESOME SMOKE RING! I believe you have taken the cake on any UK smoke I have ever seen for that. Like danny said stellar job!
