2nd run on my dyna glo

  1. Well here are pics of my seasoned meat. Letting them sit in the refrigerator over night. The rub is a commercial rub with a few of my own extra seasoning. (Slap ya Mama Cajun seasoning is my best friend).Also pork loin is injected.

     
  2. Injection recipe:
    2 cups apple juice
    1 tbs garlic powder
    1/2 tbs cayenne
    1 tbs slap ya Mama
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tbs salt
     
  3. Smoker all loaded.
     
  4. Chicken out of smoker. In oven to finish
     
  5. Pork loin out of smoker. So juicy. Not bad for my second smoke.

    Which Dyna-Glo model is that? I had seen a wide vertical model, but its not on their website.
