2nd attempt - St. Louis Style Ribs

    I wanted to thank everybody for all of the tips. I've been reading all of your post for the last couple months and finally dove in. I have been grilling and smoking for years just couldn't get ribs right. I did these at 275 and went with 2-1-1. I used a rub and then finished with a bourbon BBQ sauce. They turned out really good and wouldn't have without all of the tips.
