Morning Jwsimpleville.
That is a nice job. I'm building a small smoker....but mine will not be as fast as yours.
Dave had mentioned something about making sure you made the correct cut on the CC for the fire box.....do to the insulation.
Q: What was the problem?
 
There was no problem, I simply forgot in my original cut out on the cook chamber to plan for the added height caused by the insulation.

Jwsimpleville I appreciate the response. I hv only the 100 gal. Compressor I think its 5 horse. Im sure itll be a lot slower. So I might need to upgrade there. Thanks also for letting me knw abt the coal media, thts gna save me a ton of money. And ur right abt paying somebody 90/hr. I cant make any money doing tht. Anyway thanks for ur response and I like tht build u got there.
 
Since I built this so fast and sold it without doing a test cook, I have asked the person who bought it to send me a few pics of the whole thing in action. I will update this thread with new pics when I get them. :grilling_smilie:
