22° and Snowing, time to fire up the smoker.

    Ran up to the store and grabbed a bunch of chicken quarters, put some of Jeff's rub on them and away we go.


    Sorry no picture of the chicken with rub. Here they are in the smoker. More pics to come.

    Here are the Chicken quarters. 1 hour in Temp holding at 250° to 275°.

    All finished up. Had to take a picture quick as my sons friends were making it disappear.
