I put two 9 lb turkey breasts on the smoker at 12:30 today. Keep pretty steady at around 240. Real windy here and that's all the higher I could get the big block to go. 1 hit 175 about 29 minutes ago and the other is around 155 right now. They were side by side on the top rack in the smoker. Is this unusual that one would get that temp so much sooner than the other? I double checked the temps in the breast.
