2 pound london broil

  1. Was going to bbq but wife suggested smoking it. So let's see what you guys can come up with on short notice. I am looking to make it for dinner tonight. Cook temp and any rub recipe would be awesome.

OK, went with Salt, Pepper, Onion, Garlic and Italian seasoning.  Hit all sides with it and wrapped tight in the fridge.  Planning on Hickory and cook about 225 or so.  Going to plan for about 2 hours to cook.  Seems that most of you guys like it at about 140, so that is the target temp.  What the hell, if it does not work out, she will get to go out for dinner.  LOL.

  4. Flavor was good, but it was a tad too rare. I dont think I had the probe in the middle of it. I cannot seem to get pics to load but i did take some.

    Thanks for asking. Next up, tri tip i think.
