As soon as I took it off of the smoker I knew right then and there that this one was going to be a hit!!!

Sure enough, It was... Truly the best PP I have ever done... 15 hours well spent!!!

How did it go with the family...any plated pics? No worries of not, lots of times, the hunger of the moment overrides the camera, and before you know it all is gone. Great Job!
