I posted my adventures in doing a fatty in the Fatty forum, and while waiting for it to finish I got a couple slabs of BB's on the go as well.

Doing the 2-2-1 and will spritz with rum and apple juice. Wood is Hickory. Will update throught the day.
 
I mentioned in the other thread, that size is hard to determine in pics, so I figured this would be about right. Got 3#'s of sausage plus all the fixins inside.

what beautiful ribs, they look well perfect~ how were they???? yummie yum yum?? here is the only place you can talk like that and get away with it~ did you air brush those ribs?? j/k

I'd say they turned out pretty good, taste and tenderness-wise. Just a bit too dark(overdone but not burnt) on the glaze. TBS is my brush and food is my canvas.
