2.5 lb sirloin on my weber one touch

  1. Seasoned with Montreal steak spice and let sit on counter till i prepared charcoal.  used the weber charcoal organizer baskets in the center for direct heat about 4-5 min per side then after second side was seared moved baskets to outside for indirect heat for about another 15 min till IT was 145 for med/rare.  It was perfect, and i dont usually go for sirloin. used maple and mesquite charcoals no smoke though , my son still getting used to the flavour of smoke.
