First time with the 2-2-1 method for BB's. Looks like it works to me. Tastes like it too.

Very nice Q, Bet they tasted as good as they look.

It's 2 hours on the grate, 2 hours foiled, 1 hour back on the grate unfoiled.
 
knife looks cool can not really see it..and from the looks of the ribs..sharp ta boot..great job and thanks for sharing the knife also..
 
Just looking, you can tell those BB's came out perfect. Meat sould've pulled right off the bone. Great Job!
