Got a 10lb Buterball to do a pre,Thanksgiving test run in my MES 30.
After all night in the fridge.
The bird is in.
Still battling the temp difference, set the MES to max, 275 but the Maverick never read over 235.
Looks good, will let you know how it turned out.

Oh I used Apple,sweet maple and a touch of hickory pellets in the amps with my mailbox mod. What a great tool. Thanks to Amazen for such an amazing product. Love it.
