Ive been craving pulled pork so i figured i would give itna try. Went to BJ's and picked up a 9# pork butt. I used johns dry rub and followed bearcarver's instructions and it turned out amazing. The wife and kids loved it . Made up a batch of my fatty daddy bbq sauce (kids named it) and made some slaw amd had a awesome dinner . I should have took more pictures but i didn't want to disturb the meat.
