Cooked 4 spatched birds yesterday. Used Chef JJ's brine and instructions, they turned out GREAT ! Best chicken I ever had much less cooked. Also made a white sauce recipe from the recipe section, it was good also. Thanks to all for sharing their expertise And a special thanks to Chef JJ !
