Denver
If anybody is looking for something from the Denver area. I would be willing to help out. There are just a few BBQ sauces made in Denver that are any good. We are mainly known for our MicroBrews and Whiskey. Pretty much everything we have here is from somewhere else. So if you are in need of something from Denver...give me a hollar and we can work something out.

Hey zjay, still want to do a swap for some SBRs raspberry chipotle I will check tomorrow to make sure they still have it.

Sure, I have looked into the rub you requested and don't think it exsists. I have asked around and some think it would be a great gimmic to use to start a rub. I found out that my local walmart carries the BBQ suace but if they don't sell over a 1/2 a case in a 5 week period, they suspend ordering it for 6 months. Thus, why I cannot find it often, just bought 2 tonight on clearance. I have even checked the website for Sweet baby ray's...they don't show the Rasp Chipolte anymore. I have found a local bbq sauce called Big Mikes...comes in Original, Spicy, or Hot....spicy is what I was told is the best and Hot will burn your tongue....There is also lot of micro brews and a local whiskey company..but at 50.00 a bottle.....not sure most drink it.
Let me know

Jay

Just in case somebody might be interested, I am going to try and track down every BBQ sauce that is made in Colorado and sample them. I will then post them back on here, in case somebody would like to trade for them.

Well Now That You Mention It...

Okay, I am starting to do what I promised. Please find some pictures of the local BBQ sauces here in Colorado. I have a few more to find.
If you would like to trade for any of them, I am game. I will start trying each one of them so that I can tell you what I think of them. But my tastes are likely different than yours.

Picture 1
Harry Habanero hot sauce.. It is hot but has lots of veggies in it to calm the fire. I love it.
Billy Gomers Spicy Jalapeno. Is just what it says....spicy and with the tast of Jalo's. I love it so far.
Billy Gomers Cherry Chipotle. Fire It Up approves of its smokey flavor and nice warm kick
The Rib house, when called state that Medium is their best seller. Haven't tried yet
Schultz's rub is supposed to be the best in the state. Fire It Up and Beer-B-Q approved
Picture 2
Big Mikes BBQ sauce, spicy. There is a little more heat that I first figured it would, then comes the spices and vinegar.
Golden Toad, with a name like that, it has to be good right? Still have not tried but will.
Grumpy's Black Label, spicy. Sticker on side says it won a spicy award in 2009.
Grumpy's Private Reserve. Supposedly sweet. Have not tried just yet.
Big Boss BBQ. Have not tried yet.

Good luck to us all. HA HA

Hey Beer,

Would you like me to ship those 3 too you or would you like me to try them first. As long as I can get it all to fit in a USPS bus, it ships for one low price. HA HA
