Well after wanting to break in the new smoker I finally got the chance. I had to cheat and use packaged stuff. I used a venison rub as flavoring and 2 cups of cherry. Smoked for 2 hours and in that time really found I need to make a couple mods to my 40" Masterbuilt. Cooked until the it was 160-170. Flavor was awesome. Wife and daughter bragged how good they were. Will neesd some tuning, but I started a journal so I can tweak from there. How do I post a qview? Although the pictures are not really good.

Sounds good.

You have photo bucket account?

That's the easiest way to post q pics.

Those do look great! If you haven't tried one the Stufz burger stuffer makes a great pattie!

Thanks for the positive feedback. I was quite pleased with them being my 1st time
