New to site, been Q'ing, smoken' and eating good for a long time, I'm better behind the grill than I am behind the computer, so I've been having trouble figuring out the site. I'll get there though... I'm from AZ, and love to create my own rubs and marinates. Just bought a new gas upright, cured it and threw in some pork, rice and cheese stuffed pablano peppers. Quick smoke at about 275 for an hour with some mesquite, nice way to start it off.
